For 2016 our Local Market sold 640 homes compared to 651 the prior year and the Median Sales Price increased to $355,000 compared to $335,000 in 2015! For 2016 attached homes sold 220 compared to 211 the prior year and the Median Sales Price increased to $205,000 compared to $179,500 in 2015!
