Neighborhood of the Week: Willow Springs by Tre Sheffield

As your local real estate experts, we wanted to give you a market update outlining the recent activity for our neighborhood of the week, Willow Springs.

In the past 5 years, Willow Springs has seen an appreciation in average home price of roughly $260,000, with 2022’s average home price coming in at $717,040. This is great news for anyone looking to sell their home, especially when our average price to list is 104%!

Now, the increase in average home price could be viewed as a deterrent for potential buyers, however that is quite contrary to this year’s data. The demand for new homes in Willow Springs actually increased with the appreciating price, and as of 2022, the average days on the market is only 8 days.

Robin Martin & Associates has already sold 10 homes in the neighborhood and we have a few pending. Since summer is right around the corner, we are also sure to have more on the way!

Now, besides the great data points above, there are way more than just numbers that go into the position of neighborhood of the week. So, why Willow Springs?

Willow Springs is a Roswell neighborhood with plenty of access to activities that are great for families and features a well kept park hidden away that’s complete with a playground and basketball court. The park also has a pavilion for public and private neighborhood events and even hosts a community garden and events that include concerts, food trucks, ice cream socials and much more!

The neighborhood showcases a country club with many activities and services for you to enjoy in your free time. The club has a spacious water-park-like pool area with a large water slide that kids always enjoy! It also has tennis courts and private gym (my personal favorite). Along with all of these fabulous amenities, its most popular attraction is probably the golf course that spans throughout the center of the neighborhood.

Along with the neighborhood’s natural beauty and well maintained greenery, Willow Springs boasts a strong sense of community and many active individuals. At any time of the day you will find someone walking their dog, or taking a jog around the loop. The best part is that lots of people will throw smiles and waves your way, so spread the love and throw one back!

We will have a more in-depth update in a couple of weeks once the May data is finalized, so please make sure you sign up for our emails and follow Robin Martin & Associates on social media to receive the latest information! Lastly, if you’re looking to buy or sell and need help navigating this market, give us a call today!
