Getting to Know Our Team: Meet Jennifer Martin

At Robin Martin & Associates, we’re proud of the incredible team we’ve built, and today we’re excited to highlight one of our outstanding team members — Jennifer Martin. Jennifer joined the Robin Martin & Associates Team in November of 2023 and her primary role includes listings and new client development. Jennifer works closely with our sellers every step of the way– from listing preparation to the closing table, ensuring our clients receive the service, attention, and expertise they deserve when selling a home.

We recently asked Jennifer to share more about her journey and what drives her passion for real estate.

Why did you become a realtor?

I got into real estate after buying and selling homes for rentals and fix-and-flips. At first, I got my license just to handle my own deals, but then friends and family started asking for help with their sales and purchases—and it just took off from there!

Why do you like being a realtor?

What I love most is helping people navigate the big moments—buying or selling a home is a huge step. Every client has their own story, and it’s really meaningful to be part of that. I get to help them move forward, and that’s what makes it so rewarding!

What is your secret to success?

For me, it’s all about staying consistent, being proactive, and keeping a positive attitude. That mix has naturally brought the right people into my world— both in business and in life.

What are the challenges that you face?

One of the biggest challenges is staying ahead of the market and helping sellers price strategically—especially as things shift. One of the tougher conversations is helping sellers understand the importance of pricing ahead of the curve, especially when we’re coming out of a hot market.  

What is your best success story for a client?

It’s hard to pick just one—I’ve had so many meaningful success stories over the years. Helping clients through big transitions and seeing it all come together is really what keeps me inspired and passionate about this work!
