“Is Delray Beach a good place to invest?”

Delray Beach is located in Palm Beach county and is one of the best places to live in Florida. It offers an urban hip beach town feel and is known for its inviting beach weather, thriving arts scene, and so much more.
The entire town is golf cart friendly and the city has done an excellent job of making walking and riding paths. You do not need a $30 million + home to enjoy the beach and can find a home that is only a 10 minute bike ride or so.
Delray’s Atlantic Avenue is a popular spot and offers restaurants, entertainment, galleries, and upscale shops. Our favorite is a refurbished arcade and an imported bar from London called the Blue Anchor Pub .
We also enjoy the mix of historic and small town beach homes that have been revitalized to new construction. Our tour of the Del-Ida Historic District this week was fun and is one of the earliest neighborhoods of Delray Beach.
