Our Local Real Estate Market, which covers the Centennial High School district located in Roswell, Alpharetta, and Johns Creek has experienced a healthy average sales price increase of roughly 2% YTD compared to 2015. This increase applies to both detached and attached homes and overall inventory remains in good shape.

As noted in our past updates the Luxury Market, $500K+, has seen higher inventory levels for most of 2016 and this trend continues. We attribute this to Sellers that have waited for a stronger real estate market to list their homes and new construction options for potential Buyers.
