Metro Atlanta, Johns Creek, Alpharetta and Roswell Real Estate Trends

[fusion_text]The first quarter real estate stats are in for Metro Atlanta and our Local Market, which covers the Centennial High School district (Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek).

Median Sales Price was up 6% for the First Quarter of 2016 in Metro Atlanta vs. last year. Our Local Market (Centennial High School), which includes key neighborhoods such as Willow Springs, Haynes Manor, Thornberry, Chartwell,Nesbit Lakes, St Regis and others, showed pockets of strength at the moderate to value oriented price points.

For Premium Homes, $500k+, in our Local Market we had 95 homes listed for sale compared to 65 last year. This is the highest number of Premium Homeslisted going back to January of 2011.

Active Listings for Centennial High School District, $500k+

Sales for Premium Homes in April were down compared to 2015 and 2014 levels but has been off set by continued strength in the moderate to value oriented homes. We continue to see strong demand in our Listings and others that are priced right and properly prepared!
