[fusion_text]The May real estate stats are in for our Local Market, which covers the Centennial High School district (Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek).
Median Sales Price was $310,000, up 5% compared to last year, for May 2016. This is the first month for this year in our Local Market (Centennial High School), which includes neighborhoods such as Willow Springs, Haynes Manor,Thornberry, Nesbit Lakes, St Regis and Oxford Mills, that we have seen a year over year improvement!
Local Market Historical Sales Price Trend 
Median Sales Price for Premium Homes in May for our Local Market was $537,000 compared to $590,000 the same period a year ago. The $500K-$600K market saw the biggest drop in sales to 13 homes YTD compared to 34 for 2015. Also we have seen a recent surge in listings around this price point in certain neighborhoods.
Total active listings in May were 189 for our Local Market compared to 170 last year and the high for the year as we enter the busy season.
Active Listings for our Local Market 
For Premium Homes, $500K+, in our Local Market we had 99 homes listed for sale compared May to 71 last year. This is the highest number of PremiumHomes listed going back to January of 2011.
