88 new listings hit our Local Market in August and that compares to 80 the prior month and 76 for August of last year. With 186 active listings in August, down from July and last year, we see healthy inventory numbers.
Average sales price for our Local Market in August was $375,395 and is slightly higher than last year.
Horseshoe Bend was the most active neighborhood in our Local Market, with 10 homes Sold in August ranging from to $317,500 to $625,000. Centennial had 4 closings, Haynes Landing 2, and Willow Springs with one but a few private sales as well.
The Luxury Market had 409 active listings in August, which is toward the high end of our 5-year high. Inventory came down to 7 months of supply and homes that are update and/or have premium locations are still in HOT demand.
