#2 Pricing – Miss pricing can cost 7% or more based on the latest numbers. We recently had a former client insist their home was worth 3% more than our original price analysis suggested. Fast forward a few months and this home is still listed and now 7% lower than the initial List price.
#3 Marketing – Taking a picture from your phone and sticking a sign in the ground is typically not going to work. Local area expert agents that have the resources to ensure a listing is professionally marketed from print to large social media exposure is critical.
