School Trends

Centennial High School recently was named an International Baccalaureate® (IB) World School. This is an amazing accomplishment and will be a key selling point for prospective buyers wanting to join our community.

We had a recent meeting with representatives of a number of local schools in our community, located in Roswell, Alpharetta and Johns Creek. We were impressed with the energy and focus by the school leadership!

We are also fortunate to have fabulous private school options, such as the Mount Pisgah Christian School. The growth of the school and its program has been amazing to watch since it was founded in 1986.

Thornberry, Willow Springs, and Nesbit Lakes are just a few neighborhoods that continue to make improvements in our community and offer amazing lifestyle options for their homeowners. A million dollar sale at $150 per square foot does not necessarily improve the community valuation vs. a $400,000 sale at $200 per square foot. One of the key factors appraisers look at is above grade square footage.
