Roswell, Johns Creek & Alpharetta Home Prices Jump in March

March homes sales were strong for our community, which is the Centennial HS Market located in Roswell, Alpharetta and Johns Creek. 54 homes sold in March compared to 50 for the same period last year and the average sales price was $420,566 compared to $369,618.

The attached home market, condos and town homes, completed 20 transactions in March compared to 15 for the same period last year. The average sales price shot up to $282,122 compared to $244,100. We believe tight inventory and value level price points are key drivers for this continued price appreciation trend.
