How is the local North Atlanta housing market performing in Roswell, Alpharetta & Johns Creek?
So far in January 432 homes are listed for sale compared to 483 in December. Inventory is sill low, which is not uncommon for this time of year and some of our early listings this year have seen high demand and gone under contract immediately.
Price points continue to rise and the average price point in January is up 0.4% compared to December and 6% compared to January of last year!
So is now a good time to sell? Inventory, days on market, and price points are telling us the North Atlanta market is still strong.
