June 2017 numbers are in for Roswell, Alpharetta, & Johns Creek and the average sold price was up compared to last year! Roswell average price sold was +4%, Alpharetta +2%, and Johns Creek +10%. Total number of homes SOLD were slightly down in each market and likely due to lower inventory and continued price appreciation.
