Willow Springs homes sold are up 100% YTD this year, at 32, with an average selling price increase of 6%. Other notable price increases include Haynes Landing up 4%, Lake Forest up 18%, and Studdiford up 6%.
The Luxury market remains a Buyers market with 20 months of inventory at the end of September, compared to 4 months for the overall market. We still see homes that have been updated, with golf or lake views, and/or properly prepared and priced attracting buyers.
The Moderate price market remains in strong demand with 2 months of supply at the end of September. This trend for both the Luxury and Moderate priced market has been consistent since we noted it earlier this year.
