Premium lots, ranches, master on main, and move-in ready homes  are in high demand.

26 homes have sold in Willow Springs so far this year, based on FMLS, and there are a few private transactions to add as well. This compares to 13 last year for the same period. With 10 more that are contingent or pending, you can do the math and see that 2016 has shaped up to be a banner year for Willow Springs.

17 active listings in Willow Springs is the secondary headline, creating a temporary supply/demand imbalance that we expect to work itself out as we move forward. The biggest sticking point is the higher price point homes and those that are not move-in ready or have difficult lot characteristics. This has had no impact on premium lots and appropriately priced homes!

2465 Roxburgh finally sold for a nice price based on what the owner stated! We note the property was originally listed at $499,500 before the listings was taken down. Based on the tax records the property was purchased in the Fall of 2015 for $270,000 by an investor.

Renovation and construction is roaring in Willow Springs and this is a great sign. We have seen some amazing upgrades from landscaping, exterior work to complete remodels. A glass wine seller is one of our favorite upgrades and some of the interior redesigns we are seeing are absolutely stunning.
